This company, or any associated companies/parties shall not be responsible for breach of contract or any intentional or careless actions or omissions on part of such suppliers, which may result in any loss, damage, delay, or injury to you or your travel companions or group members. DC Travel Group, or any associated companies/parties, shall not be responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses caused to any traveler in connection with terrorist activities, social or labor unrest, mechanical or construction difficulties, diseases, local laws, climatic conditions, abnormal conditions or developments, or any other actions, omissions, or conditions outside the travel companies' control. Our policy is NO REFUNDS OR TRANSFERS. If, for any reason, a customer wishes to cancel any planned vacation package reservation, the customer must contact DC Travel Concierge Group by telephone, email, and/or regular mail at least 30 days prior to date of departure to be eligible for a possible partial refund, unless Travel Insurance has been purchased. DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-TRANSFERABLE. Customers will be informed of any changes during the specific travel plan they have made through us. DC Travel Group, or any associated companies/parties, are not responsible for any adverse medical emergencies or conditions. No refunds or transfers will be allowed without prior Travel Insurance. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to plan for and accommodate any medical illness. The Customer assumes all risks completely. DC Travel Group, Inc., is an independently owned and operated business.
