The Villa Antica of Vallelunga country-house is located in the heart of the Umbrian countryside, 15 minutes from Perugia. Surrounded by the hills of this land, the structure lies in Vocabolo Vallelunga of Badiola where the roads to Orvieto, Lake Trasimeno and Città della Pieve converged. Between the 13th and 16th centuries, this merging of roads marked the old via Orvietana which linked Perugia to Orvieto, Lake Bolsena and the Francigena way.

The owners have sought to re-create a family atmosphere in all seven of the country-house apartments, in order to satisfy those guests who wish to enjoy both the quiet of country life and the refinement of an exclusive facility.

The 7 apartments are distributed between 2 outbuildings and the main Villa.
The main Villa is composed on the ground floor of a Casa grande of 247 square meters (6 pax) with a 50 sq m. porch, and on the first floor of 3 apartments: the Castagno (2 pax), with a private terrace, the Melograno (3+1 pax) and the Uva (2 pax).
