Using the main castle entrance, reserved for the tenants, access to a hall and main staircase which leads to the first floor (US : second floor) where all the bedrooms are located:The bedrooms are completely independent .

On the ground floor (US : first floor) of the castle a few meters from the main entrance a large French door opens on to the  lounges Three luxurious and comfortable lounges with several antique and modern sofas and armchairs to relax. This unit is independent from the others and has no communication with bedrooms. 

A huge dining room with very old,exposed beams, large table, chairs for 12persons....Severalseats , and    comfortable armchairs, antique furniture,CD player,Large screen TV set with satellite TV ( BBCand many other international channels )... toilets and shower room. 

A fully equipped kitchen: sink, cooker ,oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, coffeemakers, iron, ironing table, china, cutlery, glasses pots, pans, utensils ...to cook for up to 12 people. 

A large terrace with garden furniture and barbecue , openingon alawn and rose garden. 

The indoor swimming pool can be rented optionally, for exclusive use, in an independent building, probably the mostancient part of the property, dates back for centuries.. ..Located near the Roman Road from Poitiers to Limoges, it is thought to have been built on ruins of a Gallo-Roman villa. 

There is a unique indoor pool builton the remains of ancient baths. You can still see very old stone tubs near the modernpool .This isa beautiful mosaicpool where you can swim still inthe jet stream orhave a bubblesmassage to relax. 

There is afitness room for your exercising . 

Nearby isthe dovecote ,used as a chapel during French Revolution. 

Theswimming pool and fitness room are available only when renting all the accommodations for 12,16, 26 . (Optionalrentalwith extra cost : pool and fitness room are at your exclusive disposal.)
